Making healthier choices feel more human
Real Foods is a brand proposal exploring how healthy eating can feel encouraging rather than corrective. The concept combines nutritional guidance with a warmer idea of accompaniment and everyday progress.
I developed the identity around simple symbols of care, knowledge and optimism, supported by a vivid coral palette and direct typographic hierarchy. The system was explored across packaging, apparel and communication.
The project is presented as a concept study: an exercise in making a familiar health category feel more open, useful and emotionally approachable. The packaging and apparel explorations test whether the same friendly idea can remain clear across product, retail and community touchpoints.
