I'm Ricardo Angulo — Head of Design and Creative Director based in Barcelona.

For over 12 years, I’ve worked across brand identity, creative direction, and design leadership, helping companies turn fragmented visual execution into clearer brand direction, stronger systems, and higher-quality creative output.

Today, I lead the design function at Academy of Digital Industries, supporting brand execution across 4 international markets and the XPUP rollout across selected markets. My work sits between creative vision and operational clarity — building the standards, feedback loops, and design systems teams need to deliver with consistency and impact. Before ADI, I built experience across independent studio work, global agency accounts, startups, SMEs, and international remote teams.
