Mi Billetera Combarranquilla

Mi Billetera is Combarranquilla's mobile wallet for accessing and managing services linked to the organisation. The experience had to support users through registration, identity verification, balance checks and withdrawals without making a practical service feel technical or intimidating. I designed the visual interface and the step-by-step communication around the core journeys. The work translated Combarranquilla's established visual language into a focused mobile system, using clear hierarchy, familiar prompts and concise instructional screens to keep each action understandable. The result is a coherent service experience across the wallet interface and its supporting launch materials. It shows how an institutional brand can become useful at the exact moment a person needs to complete a task, not only when it needs to communicate a message.
