Academy of Digital Industries

One creative direction, four local realities

Academy of Digital Industries operated across Georgia, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan and the UK. Each market had different languages, course portfolios, audience expectations and conversion cycles. As Head of Design, my role was not to produce every asset myself; it was to create the direction, standards and decisions that let a six-person team move quickly without breaking the brand. I led creative and art direction across paid campaigns, organic content, course launches, website modules, certificates and internal communications. That meant translating business goals into campaign territories, setting visual hierarchy and narrative, reviewing work across markets, and giving local designers clear frameworks with enough flexibility for culture and language. The work shown here captures the Academy before its transition to XPUP. It is the operating chapter behind the later rebrand: the campaigns, team rhythms and multi-market realities that exposed where the identity worked, where it strained and what the next system needed to solve.

Campaigns were shaped around local objectives rather than duplicated from one central template. UK webinar and GAIA paid social work focused on mentor-led, project-based learning; Czech cycles moved between free AI webinars and retargeting; Georgia's back-to-school campaign promoted demand across a broader course portfolio; Kazakhstan required a growing system of course imagery, student proof and partner communications. My contribution was leadership and direction: setting the creative concept, briefing, reviewing, aligning stakeholders and protecting quality across channels. The team developed and adapted the output under that direction, which is why the case presents the work as a creative operation rather than a collection of isolated executions. Result: a shared design language was applied across four markets and three languages by a six-person team, with local campaigns adapting to market needs without losing a recognizable brand.

Direction that scales through people
